E-Mail

I would like to find one or both of the following:

1) A moderated Architecture list.

2) A utility that would let me automatically screen my e-mail -- i.e.,
screen out selected names. I simply can't deal with the volume coming in.
Unfortunately, as the user of a commercial service, I'm one step removed from
many screening utilities. Yet eWorld wrote AOL's software, so there might be
something -- does anyone know one?
