Stern's Simper Fee

Robert A. M. Stern was paid $162,000 last year as a director
of the Disney Corporation, reports the WSJ today in a front
page story about Eisner's sweetheart deals with compliant
board members.

Bobby simpers, "I'm treasured for Mickey Mouse design
advice, too."
