Architecture Classic Now on CD-ROM

John Wiley & Sons, Inc. is pleased to announce the publication
Architectural Graphic Standards CD-ROM, the electronic version of the
industry standard reference work edited by the American Institute of
Architects <http://www.aia.org>. Wiley was chosen as one of five Technology
Leaders from hundreds of exhibitors at the 1996 A/E/C Systems Show by the
editors of CADALYST magazine for its release of AGS CD-ROM.

AGS CD-ROM is the complete interactive reference work for architects. It
provides instant access to over 10,000 industry standard drawings, text,
and diagrams. All of the information can be brought into a variety of
systems including CAD, desktop publishing, word processing, and image
processing -- virtually any Windows application. The capabilities of these
systems can then be used to edit and re-purpose the content to suit the
needs of individual design projects. It is searchable by five parameters,
including a unique Building System Finder which retrieves all graphics
related to a selected element.

AGS CD-ROM can be licensed for a network or single user. A Windows based
product designed to share the desktop with other windows applications, it
will run under Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows NT. Recommended system
requirements include:

- IBM-compatible PC 486-50 MHz or better
- 16 MB RAM
- 3MB hard disk space
- MPC-2 compatible CD-ROM drive
- SVGA, 256 color display

AGS CD-ROM was developed by Jordani Multimedia, a Minneapolis firm headed
by David Jordani, FAIA <http://www.jordani.com>. It is currently being
demonstrated at Wiley's web site, where you can enter a contest to win a
free copy. For more information, please visit the web site:
