/I didn't say that. If there is a stunning leadership void (which I
believe there is) it should ideally be filled with outstanding people.
Unfortunately, that void (in many fields) is largely filled with white
men. What affirmative action does best, IMO, is to admit "unqualified"
women and minorities into a workforce dominated by "unqualified" white
men. That's not tokenism, it's equal opportunity.
