Are you saying that public buildings built with public funds can't be
publicly criticized for fear of a lawsuit, or other more subtle pressures?
My criticism of the building was based on recalling that I wasn't able to
easily negotiate the building without the help of signage. As I
recall, even the signage was inadequate. And that room at the top ...
