Re: semiotecture

anand states:
Eisenman has two essay I think would be useful. 1.) his analysis of Terragni
(he promised a book at the time) and 2.) his La Maison Dom-Ino, both
published in Oppositions.

correction, etc:
there is no Eisenman text on Terragni within Oppositions nos. 1 through 26
(perhaps there is a new essay within the recently published Opposition
anthology). Tafuri wrote on Terragni in no. 11 (winter 1977) - "Guiseppe
Terragni: Subject and Mask". and Terragni's own text regarding the Danteum
appeared in no. 9 (summer 1977) - "Relazione Sul Danteum, 1938", with
introduction by T. Schumacher (who did subsequently write a book on the
Danteum).

Eisenman's text on Maison Dom-ino was in Oppositions nos. 15-16 - "Aspects
of Modernism: Maison Dom-ino and the Self-Referential Sign".

any or all of these essays may be within the recently published Oppositions
anthology.
