yes of course,but in such case this answer doesn't refer to design , just to
some precise unfortunate warlike situation. "caused by horrorifically well
designed acts".

And even general war design ( planes,helmets or eventually rifles) certainly
MUST be good...

but back on top, can a temporary design be a good one ? Like some Cristo
events ?
Is temporality versus eternity a determining factor of quality design?
