I doubt if any other would. ( suppose you referred here to a "westernlike"
one - did you ?)
If you referred to the whole planet's various levels of civilization, i
would admit the primitive ones ( mean here non agricultural/industrial ones)
as probably the sole examples of social and power systems ( like in the
greek "¼?lis") embedded in a commonly accepted set of traditions and values,
unfortunately lost from the beginning of the now excessive specialization of
humans, as architects,doctors,farmers,drivers,politicians, a.s.o)
