Not to go out on a limb here, but I wouldn't expect that the hot young
thing of the moment in the literary world to initiate us on the nuances
of architecture. If you're not familiar with him, he's the author of _A
Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius_ and the progenitor of
McSweeney's. McSweeney's stirred up the literary world with a refreshing
dose of irony and quickly established itself as a signalling function
amidst the semaphore of the new york hipster bar scene. Eggers rode the
wave of popularity into a book deal and released _Heartbreaking_ to much
acclaim just about two years ago. That said, not to diminish his
achievement in any way, I am not sure where the crossover lies.
