implies that institutions are doing things other than what
is more important, thus opening a view that what the
institutions are doing is possibly BS. For example, the
present 'institution' of the US Vice Presidency also could
be said to manifest BS.
I just think it might be interesting for you and I to
bulldoze some BS.
