The constitution is a "mutual aid" device to borrow Kropotkin's term. It facillitates so to speak a becoming-friend or becoming-citizen. Social bonding then is e(a)ffectuated in abiding dwelling with the constitution and furthermore one never ceases becoming a friend or a citizen of my [our?] Persephone. The sign-making-activity that happens wether graphic, musical, writerly, etc... is generated by the constitution. The constitution then is a guide to what is a valid contribution to the development of Persephone and her urban culture. The manifesto points to how anyone in becoming-citizen becomes my(our) friend. If you don't follow the constitution it doesn't mean you are an enemy. Don't think that please. You will simply be a neutral cohort. At worst you will be a point of indifference completely out of context, out of our crucible-matrix-network of indistinction.
You can see that a manifesto/constitution is pretty important because it legitimizes and provides a basis for rejection or acceptance to Persephone during these difficult times of transition from one beginning to the other beginning. This transformative time is an interminable process of dissolving subjectivity into my (our) Persephone and it constitute's her urban culture. In general if you are interested in alternative and radical forms of the spiritual life and how to... no matter what, no matter wether things get beautiful or ugly, how to work through its relationship to the transformation of our families, workplace, cities, etc... then you will probably fit in if not you will not fit in. This is as flexible as a mobile-structure-constantly-under-metamorphosis as is possible because given some open-ended guidelines you should be able to articulate what friendship means to you.
This precisely is what allows the emergence of social bonds to occur. The networks that emerge are therefore REAL societies/organizations/institutes/families; -- tribal crews... that know how to loosen up the rigidity of absolutes in order to engender the sign-making-acitvity of bonding devices, poetic veils, attractive knots and other kinds of art-objects that make Persophone look beautiful during festive times when there is lots of singing and yahooing around and the color of her river is a deep red dawn... and that shows the fecundity of her potential as being always in the process of arriving, of giving birth to the life of the city with the wild cry of little baby beings... Oh man, sorry, where was I? lol...
Ahem.. A radical organization then concentrates our energy, it is a mandalic-focusing-device which yet allows for openings or differentiating lines of flight that express the meltdown of subjectivity like when your heart misses a beat. All of this is a fancy way of saying that Persephone has a heart. She contracts and expands like we all do. She is an expression of flexibility and hospitality at least with fringe elements of spirituality. Persephone is still a niche, a grotto, a little hideway and in this way she is rigid but her distinctiveness as asylum, harbor, beacon, Real homeland with Real houses for marginal and minoritarian forms of spiritual culture; -- all this makes up the heat of her intimacy, the tightness of her doors.
