TK Com is 5-member expert committee with 2 planners,
EFN Rebeiro and Sayed Shafi, both named as consultants
in MPD-2021 credits. Both have also been DDA
Commissioner (Plg) -- Shafi when MPD-1962 was made,
Rebeiro when MPD-2001 was made. TK has also been DDA
Chairman (other 2 in TK Com are one bjp and one
congress mla).
TK Com has opined that (in the care of TK Com members)
DDA could not plan properly, etc, and now TK Com will
tell how to get it right. must be exuberance of
second-childhood.
