It is so very different from many others on the issue and also from what was
reported in the media. For once we are not calling slum residents
'encroachers' and how petitioners have told how to do calculations correctly
and how Anil Baijal has misconceived understanding of the law and how and
why master plan entitlements are owed to slum residents!
III year B.Planning students are taking this up as a studio exercise
(preparation of the scheme). where can I get more information on this and
any suggestions on if there are others who may be interested.
