Cooperative Societies Bill � in conflict with DDA Act? YES!

there is a news report today in Express in which Delhi
Government has admitted to violation of law in the
Cooperative Societies Bill to be introduced in the
Assembly on Monday. Expectedly, it has blamed DDA for
this. It has also denied that the juxtaposition of, on
one hand, policies and legislation for regularizing
power of attorney transactions in flats and, on the
other, surveys to cancel allotments for identical
violation in resettlement colonies is discriminatory.
Strangely it has not blamed DDA / Union government for
the latter.
