Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture of Bilkent University, Ankara,
Turkey, is seeking candidates for full-time teaching positions in its
various departments: Interior Architecture and Environmental Design,
Graphic Design, Fine Arts, and Landscape Architecture and Urban
Design. Candidates who hold an advanced degree, and demonstrate
proficiency in undergraduate classroom teaching and scholarly research
are invited to apply with a letter of interest, curriculum vitae and
the names of three references to the address below.
Bilkent is a recently founded, private university with undergraduate
and graduate faculties. All instruction is in English. The purpose of
the Bilkent University programs in art, design and architecture is to
train highly competent research, design and performance oriented
artists and designers having a deep understanding of basic concepts,
modern design and performance methods. Within the framework of these
programs, at the present time, Bilkent University grants Bachelor of
Fine Arts (B.F.A.), Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) and Ph.D. degrees.
