the HELP menu while sending to LISTSERV @ PSUVM. Just issue the command
HELP. This will begin to indicate primary commands usable with DESIGN-L.
There are many others.
This is the logical place to look for this kind of HELP, since the LISTSERVER
rather than the LIST, controls the LIST.
Please avoid sending commands to the LIST; BUT RATHER SEND COMMANDS TO THE
LISTSERVER.
