Impact of 'wired communities...
More of an additional comment, but here goes!
I heard of a new community (ie. subdivision) under construction in
Toronto or its environs, that is based on being 'wired', apparently all
homes will be 500 channel and fibre capable, ie. plug right into the
internet. Sadly, I don't have many specifics, although I would guess that
Orangeville isn't too far from t.o. itself, so it may not be a stretch
for you to find out more about it.
