My suggestion would be to contact any local or national organizations
that work with spastic children or their families. Start by calling
your local hospital and they should point you in the right direction.
Many of these organization keep a wealth of data on anything that
can improve their clients lives, from special car equipment to
modified homes. If you dig hard enough they can probably give you
names and companies who work on this problem.
