PROJECT MANAGER - CHINA
A well-established property developer in Hong Kong and mainland China (PRC)
invites professionals with top qualifications, experience and initiative to
join its team to manage the development of large-scale property projects
throughout China.
We are looking for PRC natives, preferably with foreign residency, who have
qualified as architects, surveyors or engineers (particularly with building
services skills in air-conditioning and electrical) with 10 years'
experience in real estate and property project management in both China and
overseas. You should be a team player and have excellent management and
communication skills. You are fluent in both Mandarin and English and can
liaise with government authorities, manage contractors and interface with
consultants in the PRC. You will be based in China.
We offer an attractive remuneration package with a salary that is
negotiable depending on your qualifications and experience. Benefits will
include year-end bonus, travel allowance, business trip allowance,
education allowance, Provident Fund, annual leave, medical, dental and
accident insurance.
