CALL FOR PAPERS

For its 1999 edition, COLLOQUI is seeking papers for a special section on the topic:

Governance

Government at all levels-local, state, national, and global-is constantly evolving. The 1999 edition of Colloqui seeks to explore some of the contemporary forms that governance has taken on. For example:
* Who is participating in decision making, and how are they participating?
* In an era of devolution, where does the responsibility for governance lie?
* How are the changing structures of governance affecting our communities?

CASE STUDIES AND ANALYTICAL OR POLICY-ORIENTED PAPERS ON ANY TOPIC OF INTEREST TO THOSE WITHIN THE PLANNING FIELD ARE ALSO WELCOME.


Abstracts due October 9, 1998.
Full papers must be submitted by November 6, 1998.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines:
* Two hard copies, double-spaced, 12 pt. font, maximum 25 pages, plus one copy on computer disk.
* Graphics are encouraged and should be submitted in digitized form (TIFF, JPEG, or GIF preferred), appropriate for 8 1/2 x 11" format, b& w.
* All citations should be in author-date format, as specified in the
Chicago Manual of Style, 14th Edition; e.g. (Jones 1955).

Colloqui reserves the right to edit articles in cooperation with the author.
