probably just under 24.... if not, why NOT using a lesser frame rate in
movies for years now.Economy of material.

in europe frequency is 50 cycles/sec. generally always 220 volts. So less
amperage and less energy loss for heat dissipation in wires.
smaller copper diameter in wiring is used.
so economy and security altogether.
