[design] list status

brian, i've about had it with steve lauf's hounding of me, and his baseless accusations. we have discussed this several times.
as you can see, i am accused of censoring the list by lauf-s, when i had only presented the option to take the list elsewhere (rather than put up with his antics, which also amount to a kind of censorship - albeit of a perverted kind).

please take the list elsewhere.
