Maybe you can get a special grant to purchase these.

For that price, I doubt the writers actually want anyone to
read these books. Since books like Heidegger's Basic Writings,
which includes QCT, are available for under $20, its hard to
imagine why a derivative work should cost or would be worth
so much more. I suspect this and other philosophy books
in the $100+ range are really exercises in elitism or vanity.
Write your thesis and publish it on the web, you'll certainly
get many more readers than the Lovitts. [end today's rant]
