i don't know of you mean the german text or the english translation.
The german text of "Die Herkunft der Kunst und..." is published in:
Jaeger, Petra and Luethe, Rudolf (ed.). Distanz und Naehe: Reflexionen
und Analysen zur Kunst der Gegenwart. Wuerzburg, 1983. p.11-23.
I don't know the second text you are looking for.
