I agree that the virtual/actual couplet is important, and most of what
Chris was saying made sense. But the above caught my eye: in _D&R_,
while diferentiation is difference within the virtual, differenciation is
not difference in the actual, but difference between the virtual and
actual, "bridged" or achieved through dramatisation (the differenciation
of differenciation).

Further, it seems a little simple to say virtual=time and actual=space.
For a start, there is a form of time that corresponds to the actual, ie.
Chronos (this distinction is made, I think, in _Logic of Sense_, if not
elsewhere).
