The Rasmussen book on Experiencing Architecture would be one of my
favorites; and I would recommend it. Rasmussen was at Berkeley back in the 50's
...and gave some beautiful lectures about it. I used to see him walking the
streets of San Francisco...taking photos of the architecture. He was a really
