takings

- Ray,

Some good ideas, but you don't seem to have profited by getting the
ATT concept commercials:
> A few first steps might be to charge for printed money, collect tolls
> on the Interstate highways, increase the fees for drug and food
> testing, charge market rate rents on the property that it owns, and
> rent its army out to the highest bidder on a pay-as-yuou go basis.

Perhaps you recall seeing automobiles autobahning down the ole
auto/info-bahn strip at naked speeds whilst pole-r "bears" recorded
feeds and speeds for access? This concept seems as applicable, though
perhaps a bit less practical, for mercenary ground grabbing and cost
accounting for tenant/usage fees in public places. First you have to
get a little crystal palm recorder then at age thirty.... well, who
would want to trust over thirty anyway? Sort of a non-stop phone sex
operation that never quits and always charges right snips for what you
bips, no matter how embarrassing it might be if duly accounted by a
public that cares about something other than gore and murder trials.
