I am sorry that Jylene had such a poo r guide when reading Derrida in relation
to English lit and to law. The resort to subjective relativism, ie. modern
sophistry, is one of the biggest cop-outs of many interpretations of Derrida.
It is a ridiculously simplistic reading. Maybe, we should read Gasche as a
secondary source. Maybe then we might get rid of all of this silly labelling,
such as Post Modern(ist), Post Structuralist(ist), deconstructiv(ist), etc(ist)
