this has been circulating around many of the listservs..I first saw it
three months ago and have seen it dozens of times since, forwarded and
repeated by concerned listserv members.. several listserv members have
replied that it was just another false hoax email message.. there is an FCC
home page where you can get legitimate information on some of the studies
and issues being reviewed but there is no pending access charge being
considered..
