As per the MPD 2021, metro property development of 3.0 ha (7.5 ac) is
proposed for metro stations. Status of responses to Earlier public notices
for Metro PD is not known. However, Khyber Pass development (High end
residential) is on 6.8 ha site as per the board on the site whereas public
notice of 19/12/2004 change of use was for 3.05 ha.
