We are deeply concerned about the appointment of CRISIL for doing the CDP for Pune without a due tendering process and with terms of reference that are in conflict with the JnNURM norms as set out in the toolkit.
I wonder if you could kindly let us know any more information that you have about this, especially whether the GoI has recommended the appointment of CRISIL for Pune CDP.
