I agree with Gita. In a talk by Mr. Bugga (chief ARchitect, MCD) in
November in the SPA on the Local Area Plans, fourth year students had raised
this issue that physical planner should be the leader of the team. Mr. Bugga
had said that he has taken note of it. Some of the fourth year students are
keen to pursue it.
