Actually, that has recently been shown to be incorrect (that "the English
are...descended from pre-historic inhabitants of these islands.").
According to genetic, linguistic and archaeological evidence from the last
few deceniums, the Anglo-Saxons managed to be one of the first peoples to
commit genocide. I'm aware there is even genetic evidence to contradict
this.
When they invaded England [circa 430 A.D.], the Anglo-Saxons allegedly
managed to kill and/or scare away more than 3/4 of the English/Celtic
population. The population living there before the invasion (which was at
least of Mediterranean and Celtic stock) that managed to escape the Angles
and the Saxons disappeared into the Southern Uplands and the Cambrian
Mountains.
I can imagine Jud will go nuts over this: O My! Pre-historic NAZIS. But then
isn't he also "English"?
